Malaysian-born fashion designer Bernard Chanran wowed the fashion pack on the first day of London Fashion Week with this SS14 collection.Models shimmered down the catwalk in metallic, feminine pieces, including rose appliquéd dresses with contrasting textures.A drop-heed metallic dress was a favourite, with layers of red and gold lurex thread intricately woven through and an 80s inspired iridescent pinstripe jumpsuit was a fun alternative to the minimalism currently saturating fashion land. Chanran graduated top of the class with this collection and by the looks of it, had a lot of fun getting there.
