London Fashion Week houses many creative designers. One show in particular that caught attention of Fashion Thirst this season was the debut collection by Hila and Kristian Aadnevik. Many celebrities attended the fashion show including Egypt Official who sat front row.
Their latest looks provided a unique insight into the world of Alexander Jamieson, drawing inspiration from Alexander’s depiction of the heavens in a celestial atlas, star maps, and ancient mythology. Another point of inspiration was drawn from the daughter of Zeus, Urania. A representation of universal love and the Holy Spirit.
This was depicted throughout the collection beautifully, through the use of elegant designs that captured the mystical characteristics of Urania. Silhouettes were graceful, feminine with voluminous shape and layering techniques applied throughout the collection.
Transparent and metallic fabrics captured the strong sense of mythology and the heavens above, paired with natural tones, baby blue and deep shades of black and gold. Overall highlighting the craftsmanship and innovative detail applied to each look created by Hila and Kristian.
The Italian fashion brand, ICEBERG brought us a vibrant and memorable collection inspired by 1980s pop culture and a fresh interpretation of a positive rebellious movement for SS20.
Held during London Fashion Week Men's at The Truman Brewery with a number of celebrity guests in attendance. Uk rappers Chip, Lethal Bizzle, Donae'o, Ms. Banks and DJ Siobhan Bell were all spotted front row.
Models walked down a jet black runway wearing relaxed sportswear, Tailored suites, Double denim, colour blocking silhouettes and eye-catching graphics by Peter Blake. Accessorised with Linda Farrow shades and chunky sneakers.
James Long, creative director demonstrated a youthful vibe which was carried throughout the collection mixed with a hyper colour pallet. Making The latest looks by ICEBERG diverse and easily wearable, ideal for the confident fashion focused youth of today.
Rocky Star showcased yet another amazing show for this Autumn/Winter 2019. inspired by Vatican architecture, this collection gave such a wearable and casual look with such edginess to it.

Loving the bold use of glitter, seen in sequinned fabrics, and sparkly embellishments. From floor length chiffon skirts, floral print tops and the glamorous use of feathers on knitwear and lace dresses the show was an amazing portray of reality and fantasy.
